Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the tb jili platform. The existence of more than one account per person — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any change occurs. tb jili is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated information in your account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your tb jili login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received;

All financial transactions on the tb jili platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the registered owner of the payment method used.

Deposits: Deposits are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your tb jili wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. tb jili does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified tb jili account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows:

• GCash: Approximately 5–30 minutes after approval;
• PayMaya: Approximately 5–60 minutes after approval;

tb jili offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonus credits carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means ₱100 bonus requires ₱2,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted);
• Specific game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — live table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued;
• tb jili reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus structures will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session:

• tb jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the affected session to its last known valid state;
• If restoration is not technically possible, the bet at risk during the malfunction may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet;
• tb jili's decision regarding the resolution of technical disputes is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tb jili platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

The tb jili platform and all games therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of any game-related data displayed on the platform.

tb jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms or any supplementary policy have been violated;
• The account holder has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
• Compliance with applicable law or a directive from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requires it;
• The account presents an unacceptable money laundering or fraud risk;
• The account was registered using false or fraudulent identity information.

In the event of account closure for cause, tb jili reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player via a verified payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bonus balances will be removed. Your real-money balance will be refunded to a verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the tb jili platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

For account-related disputes and complaints, the preferred first step is to contact tb jili's customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted via the platform's support channel.

tb jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
